Step 2: Fill out an application, please make sure your application is COMPLETELY filled out and all information is correct.
$40 application fee, $10 for additional applications
Pay the Deposit
**Please have a recent pay stub with you, along with your Driver's License or ID Card, and two checks/money orders for the amounts above**
Step 3: Wait for us to call you after reviewing your credit and rental history with the outcome of your application.
